Executive Office

The executive office supports the officers and committees, keeps the records and membership of the Federation, and is the first point of contact for member societies. It is led by an executive secretary, appointed by the officers of the Federation and reporting to the President.

The Federation is a registered association under Austrian law, entered in the Central Register of Associations (ZVR) under number 627209737. The secretariat is at Schmalzhofgasse 26, 1060 Vienna, Austria, open Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 (CET). It can be reached at office@wfnmb.org or on +43 (0)1 890 44 27.
